Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Personal Care items
- Opened or used Snorkel Gear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Package and Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item once the returned item has been received and approved. The same shipping terms (standard or free) will apply to the replacement item.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns that are not due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and gladly cover the cost of return shipping while sending you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
