Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our swimwear, aquatic gear, and training equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Personal Care items
  • Opened or used Snorkel Gear

These items are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • We will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the returned item has been received and approved. The same shipping terms will apply to the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
